Super Meat Boy is up for grabs on the Epic store. If you've somehow avoided Super Meat Boy these last seven years, make sure to grab it over on the Epic Games store. The hit indie platformer is. Splendidly deadly platformer Super Meat Boy is free to keep on the Epic Games Store if you grab it now. This is the second of the freebies luring people onto Epic’s new store since its launch in December 2018, following Subnautica (and if the carrot doesn’t work, there’s always the stick of exclusive games).For now, hey, if you install Epic’s client and register an account, you can get.

The team behind Super Meat Boy Forever have confirmed that they are planning post-launch DLC for the upcoming platformer, and it won't be a walk in the park, either. Then again, that's to be expected with Super Meat Boy, right?

Speaking with DualShockers at PAX East this week, designer Tommy Refenes revealed 'we have some plans for DLC,' and that it will be a 'substantial' effort. What's more, players can expect the game's stages to be made 'ridiculously hard' as a result of whatever Team Meat has in the pipeline. No more info was provided, however.

Elsewhere, Refenes confirmed that the developer is planning on implementing user-created level support for the sequel, although it won't be available when Super Meat Boy Forever launches this spring.

Super Meat Boy Forver is currently in development for PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, iOS, and Android platforms.

Chances are you already know about Super Meat Boy. The video game was a massive success as a platformer when it first came out in 2010. In fact, the game developed by Team Meat was featured in an indie documentary film which leads towards the games initial release called Indie Game: The Movie. Now a new offer is available which will give players Super Meat Boy, a platformer where players take on the role of a person made of meat. Throughout the game, players are forced to maneuver around levels that host dangerous obstacles like circular saw blades. As mentioned, this game was a huge success and you can download a free copy.
